How to submit feedback or report a bug in admark.ai

admark.ai allows you to quickly submit feedback, report bugs, or suggest new ideas directly from the app interface.

This guide walks you through the process of:

1. Navigating to the feedback section

2. Selecting a feedback type

3. Submitting your message

4. (Optional) Adding a screenshot

Step 1: Open the Settings Menu

1. Log in to your admark.ai dashboard.

2. Click on your profile icon or menu icon at the top.

3. Select Settings from the dropdown.

Step 2: Go to App Feedback

1. Inside the Settings page, find and click on App Feedback.

2. This will open the feedback form interface.

Step 3: Select Feedback Type

1. Choose the reason for your message. Available options include:

   • Feedback – Share general thoughts or experiences

   • Bug – Report something that isn’t working

   • Improvement – Suggest a better way to do something

   • Idea – Propose a new feature

2. Fill in the description field with as much detail as possible.

Step 4: (Optional) Add a Screenshot

1. If relevant, you can attach a screenshot to help us understand the issue better.

2. Look for the image upload or drag-and-drop area below the text field.

Step 5: Submit

1. Once complete, click Submit.

2. Our team will review your feedback and respond as soon as possible.
